In order to comply with the Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 of April 27th 2016), hereinafter GDPR, Stendevad Følgebiler ApS personal data policy is formulated and describes how we as data controller collect and process personal data on applicants, customers and suppliers.

The legal basis for our processing of personal data comes from:

  • The applicant’s information comes from the applicant himself.

Storing your personal information:

  • We keep your personal data as long as they are relevant to our processing purposes.
  • We retain your personal information for as long as applicable law commits to, including inter alia the use of documentation to comply with the Bookkeeping Act’s provisions.

Customers:

  • Purpose: Handling of customer information in connection with the conclusion and execution of agreements and subsequent invoicing and any reminder procedure.
  • We process the following types of personal data:
    • Name and surname of relevant contacts
    • Address
    • Phone number and mobile number
    • Position and company
    • Category of goods / services purchased
    • Invoiced amounts
    • Discounts
    • Letters requesting payment
    • Reminder fees and interest rates
    • Debt collection of receivables
    • E-mail address
    • VAT (Danish CVR no.)

Disclosure of personal data:

We pass on personal data to the following recipients:

  • SKAT (Danish Tax Authority)
  • Banks
  • EU/EEA data processors

  • We retain your personal information for as long as applicable law commits to, including inter alia the use of documentation to comply with the Bookkeeping Act’s provisions.

Suppliers:

  • Purpose: Handling information about suppliers in connection with the conclusion and execution of agreements entered into and subsequent processing of invoices and credit notes.
  • We process the following types of personal data:
    • Name and surname of relevant contacts
    • Address
    • Phone number and mobile number
    • Position and company
    • Category of goods / services purchased
    • Invoiced amounts
    • Discounts
    • VAT (Danish CVR no.)

  • We retain your personal data for as long as applicable law commits to, including inter alia the use of documentation to comply with the Bookkeeping Act’s provisions.

Your rights

You have a number of rights under our Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you.

Right to view information (right of access)
You have the right to gain access to the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.

Right to Correction
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to delete
In special cases, you have the right to have information deleted about you before the time of our regular general deletion.

You have the right, in certain cases, to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
